Eligibility
• This promotion is free to enter and open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Liverpool ONE and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter.
• Maximum of one entry per person.
Entry & Selection
• The competition closes at 23:59 on 27.04.2025. All entries must be received by this time.
• The winner will be randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all complete, correct, and eligible entries received by the closing date.
• Winners will be notified week commencing 28.04.2025
General Terms
• The Promoter is not responsible for any IT failures that may affect entry submission.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter, or terminate the promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Winners may be required to participate in PR and marketing activities for Liverpool ONE.
Prize
• 2 x Gold Hospitality Tickets to any concert playing at Anfield Stadium in 2025.
• Winner can choose from Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band on 4 or 7 June 2025, Dua Lipa on either 24 or 25 June 2025, or Lana Del Ray on 28 June.
• Hotel stay at School Lane Hotel for 2 people
• Meal at The Botanist for 2 people up to the value of £100
• £150 Liverpool ONE Gift Card
Prize Collection & Redemption
• If a winner is unable to accept their prize or cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first notification attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
• Winner must confirm choice of concert no later than Friday 9 May. If winner does not confirm their choice by this date, the tickets are no longer available
• Liverpool ONE Gift Card is valid for 12 months from competition closing date.
• Winners must collect the Liverpool ONE Gift Card and any other physical elements of the prize from the Liverpool ONE Information Centre on Wall Street, within 3 months of closing date
• If a winner does not collect or redeem any or all elements of the prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will no longer be valid.
Privacy & Data Usage
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• First names and counties of prize winners will be available for one month after the competition’s end by emailing info@liverpool-one.com, stating the promotion name and date.
• By entering, participants agree to receive a confirmation email from Liverpool ONE.
• If chosen as a winner, entrants agree that Liverpool ONE may share their contact details (email and/or phone number) with participating businesses to facilitate prize redemption.
• By opting into the Liverpool ONE newsletter, entrants agree to receive updates on store openings, offers, events, and competitions.
