Liverpool ONE is making visits easier and more inclusive with the launch of WelcoMe, a brand-new accessibility service.

This free service allows visitors to share their accessibility requirements with our Guest Services team ahead of their visit, ensuring they receive the right support when they arrive. From mobility assistance to tailored support for different disabilities, WelcoMe helps make Liverpool ONE a more accessible and welcoming place for all.

Liverpool ONE is the first destination in the North West to introduce this service, joining nearly 100 locations across the UK.
