A stunning new glow-in-the-dark mural, Harmony, has been unveiled at Liverpool ONE at the intersection of Hanover Street and College Lane.
Created by artist collective Reskate Studio, the artwork absorbs light by day and glows for up to 10 hours at night—completely power-free!
Commissioned as part of the ADEPT Live Labs 2 programme, this installation supports Liverpool City Council’s efforts to create a greener, more sustainable city, with plans of using this photoluminescent paint for highway marking on roads, reducing the use of power supply for CO2 emissions. Part of Reskate’s Harreman Project, it blends art, innovation, and sustainability.
