ARNE are opening their first stand-alone store in Liverpool ONE this summer and they are recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join their team.
Reporting to the Store Manager you’ll be the face of ARNE, engaging with customers in a passionate way. Your role is crucial in helping customers discover their brand, understand their products, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Requirements
- Develop and implement creative visual merchandising concepts that align with brand guidelines and accelerate sales.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to translate into store.
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Assist with order processing and track shipments.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and promote new promotions.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in retail or sales environment preferred.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
