If it’s the first time you are using WelcoMe, you’ll be asked to sign up and set up your free WelcoMe account.
During the sign up process you’ll be able to select which information you’ll like to share with Liverpool ONE and the services you might need on your upcoming visit. Once you sign up, you’ll be able to start using WelcoMe.
The Liverpool ONE MyONE allows visitors to find out the most up to date directory of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues at Liverpool ONE.
You’ll also be able to find the latest news, events, offers and competitions going on. Download the app today and never miss out anything!
Sociability helps disabled people find accessible places. The majority of stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues at Liverpool ONE are included on Sociability.
The online directory provides useful and reliable accessibility information, including toilets and access to stores, allowing visitors to filter results based on their specific needs.
Waymap is a navigation app that works indoors, outdoors and underground, providing step-by-step guidance for visitors – including those with visual impairments – to confidently navigate any venue.
