Accessibility facilities to help your visit

Liverpool ONE is on a journey working with partners, experts and visitors with accessibility needs, to make Liverpool ONE and the city as welcoming as possible.

Accessible Toilets and Changing Facilities

Liverpool ONE accessible toilets include a height adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a hoist system, space for the disabled person and up to two carers, a privacy curtain and a non-slip floor. Sanitiser and full hand washing facilities are provided for customers to use for extra peace of mind.

The use of the accessible toilets and changing facilities is free.

You can find the accessible toilets on 5 Wall Street next to the Information Centre.

Monday-Friday: 09:00 – 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 19:00
Sunday: 10:30 – 17:00

Shopmobility:

Liverpool Shopmobility supports people with mobility restrictions through the loan of mobility equipment. The service provides freedom and independence to people and allows them to easily access amenities in Liverpool City Centre.

You can find Shopmobility inside Q-Park on Level 3.

Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Thursday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Friday: 10.00am – 5.00pm

Information Centre:

The Liverpool City Region Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is staffed by a friendly and knowledgeable team, able to assist with all types of visitor enquiry.

They are here to help everyone – visitors and locals alike – to make the most out of our fantastic city.

Sociability helps disabled people find accessible places. On this initial pilot the majority of stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues at Liverpool ONE have been assessed.

The online directory provides useful and reliable accessibility information, including information on toilets and access to stores, allowing visitors to filter results based on their specific needs.

Waymap

Waymap is a navigation app that works indoors, outdoors and underground. Their step-by-step guidance and accuracy ensures that all users – including those with visual impairments – are able to confidently navigate any venue

Once you install the app you’ll be able to create your own profile. We recommend adjusting the app settings to match your accessibility needs.
