Get creative and learn a new Printmaking technique at Cass Art!

Create Abstract Botanical Prints inspired by Matisse. Using Cut-out techniques inspired by Matisse, create your own Monoprint. Changing up Matisse’s technique, you’ll be using bold and earth tone colours with spray paint onto paper; you’ll be adding texture using Monoprint printmaking techniques. This is a very experimental type of workshop, with the sole focus on creative happiness. Explore unconventional tools to form a texture and abstract shapes. You’ll be scraping away and adding ink to a plate. Using the Cut-out paper techniques, create positive or negative space.

This technique is great for graphics, social media, and art in general.
